I took my car in to get two new tires. They asked me if I wanted my alignment checked and I said yes. I come back to check on the car about an hour later and my car wasn't there. When my husband went inside to question about where my car was the guy was pulling up in my car. Apparently they said they needed to drive my car to find out if the alignment was off and then they would check it on there machine. To me you shouldn't be driving customers cars around if you have a machine that checks the alignment for you I'll never go back there again.
