About average/above average portions of meat for a Hawaiian place, but HUGE amounts of rice. The Hawaiian plates are a little bigger and have mac salad (meh, macaroni very very soft and is a bit watery) and steamed veggies. The grilled plates have egg noodle vermicelli (awesome) and salad. If you eat in you can get pickled veggies too for free. You can't go wrong with any of the meat here though, they're all great!
