Overall, I like this gym. I know cost management can impact the bells and whistles, but some better staff management could go a long way without adding to expenses. Does anyone check the paper towel dispensers on a routine basis? When I see 5 staff gathered at the front, laughing and conversing, but the paper towels are empty - there is a problem. Why are there several guys at the sales desks - with no customers - when there are free weights littered throughout the gym? Shouldn’t they re-wrack them so I don’t have to hunt them down? And give the class instructors some batteries for the microphones already! How you treat the instructors is a direct reflection of the degree in which you value the customer.

Love it here. I usually go in the afternoons because of my work schedule and it can get packed around 5 but they have alot of machines and equipment so I can definitely work out around the fuss.
